  • Conference Harvester® Speaker Management



    The Module can be coupled directly with other modules in the Conference Harvester® to give the conference manager one integrated system to manage the flow of data from the first Call for Papers to the final presentations on the Proceedings. Click to learn more.


    Conference managers can easily send out emails to specific groups of speakers, such as those who have not yet completed all their assigned tasks. Filter and sort the email data to see exactly which emails were sent at any given time to each speaker.

  • Conference Proceedings Digital Publication

    At the beginning of each project we establish an online project collaboration page. This personalized page will show the project cost structure, timeline, your account manager's details, and demonstrations of the proceedings. Click to learn more.


    As the project progresses, we will share the printed artwork (disk label, packaging, etc.) and the proceedings demo on the collaboration page. We will iterate these during the project as the proceedings evolves.


    You will use a simple and very helpful online approval form to finalize artwork that will be printed, such as CD wallets. We also provide the artwork to you in a variety of formats for you to promote the proceedings with your attendees. Click to learn more.


    We can provide staff at your conference to assist or lead the sales of the Conference Proceedings, and we can create an online purchase form for attendees to order the Proceedings after the conference.

  • Audio Proceedings Conference Recordings



    The audio can be distributed very quickly to attendees. It is not uncommon for the audio from one day to be available the very next morning for attendees to listen to on the online conference proceedings.


    We can collect the PowerPoints during the conference either by collecting them from each room or by staffing a speaker table where presentations are turned in. Click to learn more.


    We use a minimum of two recording devices per room to capture audio from both the room's sound system and from our own sound recorders. This prevents missing a recording due to unexpected circumstances.

  • Meeting Posters Online Galleries



    It is easy to send files to us. You can upload them through your Collaboration Page, or your presenters can use our Conference Harvester™ system to upload their information and files directly to us.


    We have designed hundreds of education modules for conferences. We use your conference's graphics and printed media to create a poster gallery that has the look and feel of the other printed materials from your event. Click to learn more.


    Even after you have approved the Poster Gallery, we perform our own rigorous quality control checks, running through a 41 point inspection process to ensure the Poster Gallery works perfectly.
