Tasks: Authors

Add and collect information directly related to each participant. Identify participants role(s) and enforce role minimums and maximums. Information can be entered by the submitter and/or by the participant themselves. Up to 30 participants can be listed on a single submission.

What are tasks?

Tasks are a way to collect information from submitters. You can create a series of tasks submitters need to complete. They will receive a link to a simple online portal where they can log in and submit all the necessary materials.

What is the Authors Task?

If a submitter is submitting on behalf of someone else, or wants to include another presenter on their submission, they can add additional speaker information using the authors task.
