Tasks: Upload

Accepted file formats include MS Word Extensions, MS Excel Extensions, MS PowerPoint Extensions, Image Extensions, Multimedia Extensions and Other Extensions. Multi File formats can be enforced. Uploads can be required and/or optional. Upload titles and captions can be collected. An opt out box is available. Recommended maximum file size (15 Mb).

What are tasks?

Tasks are a way to collect information from submitters. You can create a series of tasks submitters need to complete. They will receive a link to a simple online portal where they can log in and submit all the necessary materials.

What is the Upload Task?

Collect files from your presenters so reviewers can get a better look at the potential speaker's content. PDF, PPT, XLS, DOC, and many more file types are accepted.

While attendee feedback is pending the feedback from our presenters is resoundingly positive. This is critical for AOCS. These presenters, almost all non-member, will receive many requests to present due to the proliferation of virtual and hybrid events.
