"Customer service has been great! Our project manager, Megan, has been nothing but responsive and helpful. We love the level of customization that is at our fingertips! We have not gotten past the scorecard just yet, but the onboarding process for it has been seamless and the tutorials and resources have been great. I do wish the scheduling process included a drag and drop calendar, as do the majority of other submission platforms. So far, that is the only con I have detected."
