"This is my fifth year using Cadmium to generate our conference proceedings, and it won't be our last. As usual, everyone at Cadmium was super-responsive to our requests, even when we were a bit late. Just before our conference we got something fixed on a Saturday, which meant our attendees never noticed it when they first checked in on Sunday. And that's not the first time we got great service like that. I appreciate the refresher classes every year. I'd tend to resist on my own, but they pay off. We like using Cadmium so much that we're considering increasing our use of their services next year."
