"The International Test Conference started using CadmiumCD when we decided to stop publishing our proceedings on CD and go online with them. We were looking for ease of use and flexibility. We got both. Flexibility was important since we did not want all the features of CadmiumCD since we use another tool for paper reviews and selection. I was able to get the contents I wanted, and not have to jump through hoops to avoid loading the contents I didn't want to show. The best thing about CadmiumCD though, which I never expect with online tools is fantastic customer support. They were there every step, with great training and great communication. "We had been using session registration for several years. The system was rigid, requiring full session registration into an exterior system and being unintelligent about thing like room capacities and how many people had been scanned. Our attendees often expressed frustration with how slow it was. The response from the system would, at best, be fifteen minutes. Cadmium's system was everything the previous system wasn't. It was quick, with response time at right about a minute, it gave us real-time information on check ins and room capacities, and allowed smooth check ins and room management with that information. The design of their system met our real needs and allowed us to take advantage of the technology to improve attendee experience."

We were able to cater the Website setup to provide information relevant to each event and design the flow in a way that was easy to follow for our attendees. Having the website available post-event for on-demand access to recordings also provides a great, consistent experience for attendees. We like how flexible the back end and design options are, the reporting is robust, and the modules work together nicely which saves us time and keeps information organized. Highly recommend!"
