"The International Test Conference started using CadmiumCD when we decided to stop publishing our proceedings on CD and go online with them. We were looking for ease of use and flexibility. We got both. Flexibility was important since we did not want all the features of CadmiumCD since we use another tool for paper reviews and selection. I was able to get the contents I wanted, and not have to jump through hoops to avoid loading the contents I didn't want to show. The best thing about CadmiumCD though, which I never expect with online tools is fantastic customer support. They were there every step, with great training and great communication. Even when we were late. That made the difference. I'd say more if there was room."
